We carry a full line of press washes that are guaranteed to meet or exceed your requirements. Through extensive testing, we have developed a line up of premium products that are designed for performance and efficiency while keeping costs in mind. Over the years, we have worked closely with our clients to formulate our premium line of water-miscible washes for conventional inks, hybrid, UV,

H-UV/LE/LED UV inks, as well as metering roller cleaners and manual blanket washes. We will work with you to ensure we get you the right product to meet any of your pressroom solvent needs, even if that means developing a custom tailored solution.

Meter Roller Cleaner

Meter Roller Cleaner # 2

MRC # 2 is a mild strength fast dry solvent blend formulated to clean Metering Rollers and back cylinders and as a quick dry type wash.
This product will dry quick and leaves no residue when dry.

Meter Roller Cleaner XL

MRC-XL is a medium - fast dry medium strength MRC. This product is also suitable for use as a type wash and back cylinder cleaner.

Meter Roller Cleaner 85

MRC 85 is a fast dry, high strength solvent blend formulated to clean metering rollers, but can be used as a blanket wash and as a quick dry type wash. This product will dry quick and leaves no residue when dry.

Meter Roller Cleaner FDC

MRC-FDC is a moderate strength / drying solvent blend formulated to clean Metering Rollers and can also be used to clean back cylinders and as a quick dry type wash. This product will dry quick and leaves no residue when dry.

Rubber Rejuvenator is a fast dry blanket wash designed to quickly break down and
remove ink, grease, glaze and other press contaminants and will restore printability to
blankets.

Clean Cut

Clean Cut will quickly penetrate and breakdown inks and deglaze rubber quickly while restoring printability to blankets.

Instaclean

Instaclean is a mild strength, fast dry solvent for use on printing blankets, hand cleaning rubber and steel rollers and cleaning back cylinders. Instaclean will restore nap of rubber compounds, optimizing ink transfer.

Type Wash M-81

M-81 is a quick dry, mild solvent blend formulated to clean printing blankets, back cylinders and can also be used to clean metering rollers. This product will dry quick and leaves no residue when dry.

M-32 will quickly penetrate and breakdown inks and deglaze rubber. M-32 will restore nap to rubber compounds, increasing printability and optimizing ink transfer.

# 3 Medium
